I have lived here for one year while transitioning to retirement. The staff has been excellent including maintenance. Response time is excellent. One complaint, partying neighbors who turn their music up so loud it vibrates the walls. It is very inconsiderate no matter what time of day, but parties are not ok in apartment buildings.

I think I must live below the loudest person in the complex who has company and party noise several times a week. He walks like he is going to come through my ceiling. I love the location, the amenities and the staff here and maintenance has been responsive and courteous and efficient. I just wish the folks upstairs realized they don't live in a house on 5 acres and were more considerate of other people's sleep needs.
