Overall Good

The apartments are nice, and the location is definitely a big plus. The only complaints I have thus far are that the doors to the building seem to stop working regularly and the mail notification system comes and goes. I feel like there needs to be a better way to let mail carries into the building, since I have regularly seen them need to turn away after being unable to get in. Amenities overall are average, nothing particularly special, but good enough to be satisfied with. I feel like the fitness rooms could use some upgrades.

Apartments are pretty nice and very spacious. Rent prices aren't bad when you compare to other places in the area. There are a lot of amenities that are decently upkept. Staff are super nice and helpful. There are a few downsides. Our apartment was not well upkept before we moved in, so we spent a ton of time cleaning up the last tenant's messes. We also had maintenance in our apartment almost every week due to something breaking. Maintenance staff are wonderful though, so we actually enjoyed having them around! We spoke to management about the upkeep issues and they seemed receptive. Noise has also been a huge issue for us. Our upstairs neighbors are quite loud. The office staff have been responsive when we've reached out about it, but no solution yet.
