There are no quiet hours at the corner of Chouteau and Tower Grove. Traffic is constant and you can hear every word anyone says from the sidewalk. Windows also do not truly close or lock. Water/sewer is $130/ month regardless of usage. Maintenance come in without notice.

Perfect Hospital adjacent housing for young professionals

Affordable, 15 min walk to hospital from the townhouses, unbeatable price for 2 bed, 2.5 bath, with attached garage and in unit laundry. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars in the grove. Unbelievable value for money. Great management as well.
