Great place to live
I have enjoyed living here so much. Tbe amentities are great and location is so great! Its nice to be able to walk to some really great restaurants and overall the neighborhood feels nice and safe.

Honestly really loved living here. Noise was very minimal between neighbors and staff were always great if maintenance was ever needed. amenities were 10/10

Nice New Apartment in Great Location
My wife & I moved into Moda @ The Hill about 6 months ago from out of town with little knowledge of STL. Our apartment unit was brand new & our expereince here at Moda has been quite pleasant. The amentities are all new/up-to-date & are serviced promptly when life happens. Our apartment is in a great location here in The Hill & we’ve found we’re within walking distance of lots of awesome spots. For the price, we’ve been very pleases with our space. A large concer of ours was parking, but there is always plenty of room in the covered, secured garage - which gives us peace of mind.
