New owners and they lost quality, staff and being transpare!
New owners took over and got rid of the maintenance staff and ither employees. No one answers office phone; no emergency or security; One maintenace guy diing all the work! No bags for dog poop sonit just lays there. Cant use the gates with the key pad from outside. Adding extra charges… going down ery fast .

Great loft apartment
I've been living here at Majestic Stove Lofts for several years now. The leasing office staff are great and really responsive when it comes to any issues. Maintenance staff are super friendly as well. The neighborhood has recently been revitalized with the addition of the soccer stadium and more businesses within walking distance.
