Positives & Negatives

Positives: Decent price, prompt maintenance, competent office staff, mostly soundproof apartments, relatively safe neighborhood. Easy to get mail & packages, lots of parking for guests. Restaurant next door smells amazing. Negatives: Older building with high ceilings is great in the summer but chilly in winter, electric bills also high for same reason. Kitchens don't have much storage and seem to have been designed by a giant--don't expect to use the top shelf unless you're over 6' tall (same for closet & laundry storage). No pantry storage.
