Amenities dont really exist. Theres a pretty below average gym and a dog park that is pretty nice but if you told me i could have the option to never use them and pay cheaper rent id take that in a heartbeat. Apartment itself is pretty great and rent I feel is very fair.

I moved into my Loft in May 2023. Overall, I am very happy with my choice to live in Lafayette Lofts; management is very friendly and prompt to reply to any questions or requests. Major perks include building security, large windows, fitness room, and location.

I lived here for over two years. Overall, this is a good place to live in a great location. Management is responsive, and the units are nice. With the new ownership, the prices went up (about 30%), but the services haven't really improved. This is probably the most expensive building in the city where you still have to pay for laundry.
