Lights have been out in the parking lot for 6 months. Management rarely replies to emails. Maintenance comes and “fixes” things just for them to break again within the next few weeks.

The Delmonte is an amazing place to live with excellent amenities, my favorite being the Starbucks machine in the lobby! Management puts on a lot of events to bring the building residents together throughout the year. The only downside would be the parking. It generally is safe gated parking, but the gate sometimes breaks and doesn't close. There has also been a few car break ins since I have been here. Overall though, if I end up staying in St. Louis I definitely will be renewing my lease!

Not a bad building overall, but the walls of each room are so thin I can hear my next door neighbor watching youtube on their phone, or every time their dog barks.
