Awesome services

Property manager Sam is so great. She cares about her tenants needs. If I need anything done in apartment she replies to it immediately. She’s nice and sweet person. It’s important when staff is respectful and responsible. One of the reasons I chose this location. Thank you Sam and thank you Will. Work getting done on time. Great maintenance.

Bel aire apartments

I've been in these apartments since September 2022. I love mostly enjoyed staying here, it is "affordable" for the area, I love the parking, and my neighbors are super kind. I will say that it is very hard to get maintenance to come and fix things.
