The place is ideally located for people working at washU. It is also near Skinker Station. The place is small but well maintained. The staff is not really responsive and the Quadrangle Housing agency does not really care about the renters. We also pay a high rent for a security agent at the entry some days of the week, who is unfortunately more concerned with TV shows on his phone than with the security of the building and securing the parcels arriving at the main door. Bummer.

The staff ensures the safety of the residents and keeps the area clean. As a student, it's a great location for getting back and forth between campus and is also local to a lot of great restaurants.

10 month lease at a good rate. Skinker is a very loud street with ambulances/fire trucks so i'd suggest getting a place on the mcpherson side.
