Needs major improvements

The pool is always filthy so you can't really swim in it. Maintenance supervisor with the red hair and ponytail is rude, drives his golf cart recklessly in the parking lot and cutting vehicles off that are driving and almost hitting my teenager, he closes out emergency tickets without coming out and doing a thing,and it takes almost 2 weeks for emergency maintenance workers to even show up. The apartment has mold and leaks under the sinks,toilets don't flush at full capacity and nothing is done to fix it. HVAC units so old they don't push air out with any force and if you live in a loft it gets to get 95 degrees in it. Their solution is to put a window unit in a bedroom that doesn't affect the loft at all.

Apartments not worth the price of rent.

Office staff is very nice in the beginning, and instantly rude after you sign the lease. Maintenance guys are awesome and very nice, but there's not enough to take care all of the apartments in a timely manner. Apartments not worth the price of rent. Some apartments have been redone, but they leave others looking very old, worn.
