Pet noise, damages

The property is nice as well as the staff and my neighbors. My concern is that many dog owners use the lawns and bushes nearest to the windows and entryways of the apartments instead of using the dog park or the grass across the lot away from the apartments. While I like dogs I don’t own one. I would just like to walk into my home without seeing yellow grass or smelling dog poop and pee. Now I know sometimes things happen but It’s destroying and turning the grass yellow. I can’t open my window for fresh air without catching a draft of dog pee and poop because I’m on the first floor. I know the community welcomes dogs but is it fair to non dog owners to be awakened at 5 or 6am because someones dog is barking at another dog on its way out the door? I don’t blast my music while everyone’s sleeping. Is it fair not to be able to enjoy fresh air and green grass when coming and going or sitting on my patio. You pay to enjoy the amenities and the outdoors of your apartment but hindered to fully enjoy them because of the smell. Some of the dog owners don’t even clean their dog poop at the designated dog park. I’ve seen it one morning while taking a morning walk around the community. It would make a great park for the children in this community to play in! Dog owners need to take responsibility for their cute furry friends and clean up the poop because they can’t and they also need to be held accountable if they don’t. I understand that they pay to have live-in pets but I pay to live here too but I don’t do things to make living here less comfortable for others, Ijs.
