Have not moved in yet. A number of issues were not taken care of prior to rental beginning. Apartment was not move in ready.

Needs help

Maintenance is spotty at best. Requests are not responded to in a timely or ever manner. Trash is not picked up regularly Hallways are not always clean

A great place to live in Central West End

This is our first experience with city living and we are new to St. Louis. We love our location and the building has the vintage charm of New York City. We are so close to Forest Park, the library and a movie theater. So Happy we chose to live at the York House!
