Great space for value and location

The apartment is spacious and really close to WashU. All the appliances are updated and in great condition. Only complain is that there is only street parking.

Good amenities, excellent location

It's good to live around the campus. Safe and convenient. And the amenities of apartment is pretty good, with in unit washer and dryer.

The house has no storage space

For a house this expensive, the room is extremely small, the thermostat takes a long time to cool and is very complex and there is no storage space , no coat closet or anything like that. And staff want you to default on your rent before they send an email.
