Good location and neighborhood

Easy to find the place and place outside , they kept clean outside. Neighbor are nice . Parking have has parking number for your apts and extra space on the parking lot. U can park on one side of the street. There are short on maintenance but he catch up pretty quick .

Nice neighborhood

My roommate and i have now living be 4th year in this residence. Most of the neighbors are really nice and sometimes one ore two offers to help us like take trash out when they sees us outside. Outside looks very clean. Sometimes a little late to cut grass but they catch up pretty quick. Maintenance did do the job when have problems but right now they are short on maintenance. They are trying the best to do they can do.
