My wife and I moved into the townhome community in April of 2023. Since then, it has been a great place to live. The townhomes are brand new and the interiors are very nice. We love having access to a pool and being close to Kansas City and Parkville. Everyone in the community is friendly!

The area is quiet and the apartments are nice and new. The rooms are a little small, but the gas stove is a plus. I have put in a few maintenance request and it has been weeks and they are not addressed. They should improve the turnaround on addressing issues.
