Great place but pricey

Have enjoyed living here, just a bit pricey for a 1 bed studio. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly just can take some time for certain requests. The parking seems a little messed up because there is only assigned for the 1st floor, and people tend to take the assigned spots at times.

Nothing but issues so far...

A week after I moved in, someone smashed up the back of my vehicle while I was parked in my assigned spot and when I contacted the property management company it took them well over a month to let me know that they "cannot view my vehicle in the footage". So that is very concerning regarding my personal safety when coming and going from the property. Next, packages frequently go missing and you have to check in with the surrounding businesses as they are generally delivered there instead of the resident drop. Additionally, if your sender has selected signature confirmation delivery drivers just take the parcel with them because there is no door bell system in place so they cannot let you know they are here so you come to the mail room and collect your item. Finally, I set up a guest account through their third party company that collects rent in order to pay my application fees and now when I try to convert it to a resident account is says all my information is "inaccurate" so I cannot set it up. This prohibits my ability to select a payment date for automatic payments so the system instead sends payment on the day I took possession of the flat (the 12th) resulting in a late payment that I have absolutely no control over. The property management company has been unable to resolve this issue and says I can manually pay my rent each month instead which is not an acceptable answer for me.
