I enjoy living here. Location is great, neighbors are top notch. There aren’t really any amenities, but I’m not in search for that. I just think the price could be a bit better based on that fact, but everywhere in the city is overpriced in my opinion.

I do love living here. The only reason the amenities has a low scoring is because there really aren’t any. That’s not a bad thing, there’s just nothing extra. With that being said I do think the cost could be just a bit cheaper.

The building is not regularly cleaned or maintained and no one will respond to emails when we send them.

Have enjoyed living here, just a bit pricey for a 1 bed studio. On the plus side, the staff is very friendly just can take some time for certain requests. The parking seems a little messed up because there is only assigned for the 1st floor, and people tend to take the assigned spots at times.
