Best Apartment Complex I've Lived In

We've been here for about 7 months now and I've thoroughly enjoyed living here. I always said I'd never go back to an apartment, but I haven't regretted it one single bit here. Donna and Krista are ALWAYS helpful and on top of issues that impact all residents in the building. There are so many great amenities, the other residents in the building are quiet and respectful and any issues I've had have been addressed almost immediately. You get some normal apartment noise from above and below neighbors, but I've almost never heard anything from the units next to me. It's pretty rare that I even see somebody here despite the fact that most (if not all) of the units are rented. The units themselves are lovely and the touches feel expensive and really nice, the only thing I don't love is the counter tops which mark and stain extremely easily and seem to be laminated MDF. The ONLY downsides to living here: If you live on the highway facing side, it can be pretty noisy with road noise at times. There's nothing that can be done to prevent this really, but it is frustrating sometimes. The other thing is that parking lot situation is not great. I opted for a parking garage spot (totally necessary in my opinion if you don't work from home) because every day starting around 5:00 the Ruth's Chris at the front of the building starts getting busy. By 6:30-7:00ish the parking lot can be completely full and it can be really difficult to find parking. The traffic circle is also kind of chaotic at peak times because it's not marked well enough from the road and the entrances on either side can be confusing for non-residents apparently. The hotel parking spots just started opening up since construction has finished, so hopefully that will help some, but as the hotel opens and gets busy, and other business open next to Ruth's Chris, I can only imagine the parking situation getting worse. So get a parking spot. Overall, love living here and would do it over again a million times.

Great.

Only a few issues... Sometimes you can hear people in the courtyard late into the evenings along with outdoor parking availability at capacity when Ruth Chris is having a busy evening
