no comments except an issue with the toilet and kitchen sink two days ago and still waiting for the repairs.

Property is located in prime area where accessibility to various small and big stores, restaurants and playgrounds is very convenient. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly to talk about any concerns one may have. Apartments are spacious with wooden flooring in the living room which looks good.. Appliances are relatively new and in good condition. Most people in the community are nice to talk. There is enough open parking for all. I have lived here since last 3 years and I like it here .. Maintenance is sometimes a concern as at times it. takes longer to resolve a ticket - at times a month. Earlier there were quite a bit of community celebrations but since last year, the count of celebrations have reduced. You may find it little expensive but then its because of the location and the big size of the apartments .. I have lived here since last 3 years and I like it here ..

I'd have to say that my experience living here has progressively declined. I have submitted maintenance requests several times this summer about a dripping air conditioner and it took several submissions AND a call to the leasing office to rectify the situation. As a result of the dripping there is now a mildew smell that I cannot get rid of and I'm sure there's mold but no one as even thought to check. Also, there are no handicapped spaces in front of my building for when my mom or other handicapped individuals visit. Someone in the office stated that the person has to submit documentation but WHY is that necessary and how is that possible when they don't even live here? Having accessible parking spaces for those with disabilities shouldn't even require documentation when they are facing difficulties in their lives and to not have parking for when they visit is ridiculous. The outside of the buildings and walkway is unkept and I've had to call to have them clean what should already be cleaned. However, we can receive multiple notices about what we need to have removed from breezeways and balconies but you all can take your time tidying up the property. I have yet to receive my lease or any communication about it. It's such a shame.

The property is located in the prime area of chesterfied with lots of trees around. There are some really cool staff members who take care of your extremely nice and help the people of the community. While all seems great the maintenance ticket takes a lot of time to close.. I always had to walk-in and remind to work on my ticket. The rent is on the higher side though. I believe its because of the location and proximity to various Big and Small plaza and medical clinics .. Over a nice decent place to stay

I feel like it is a safe environment, but wish that so many minor things need fixed all of the time. Bathroom fans, roof leaks, tubs not epoxied correctly and peeling, and appliances not very good quality. For the cost of our apartment, I feel that we should not have to constantly have things fixed. I know it is an older complex, but you are charging rent of a newer one. Overall, I am not dissatisfied, but disappointed in all of the repairs that are needed.
