Overview

Too many stray cats that surround the property. The church next door is an eye sore as far as the upkeep and amount of trash on the lot. Dominos drive thru line consistently blocks our parking accessibility as cars are lined up waiting for orders

Lewis and Clark Boulevard

I have been a tenant since 2011. When the present owner purchased the center, they put a lot of money into the center and updated the exterior looks. Since that purchase the maintenance has been mediocre and the addition of CAM charges about doubled my costs. The location is excellent however.

Trash/Not Worth the $

The property has not been maintained. The owners do nothing to update or keep the properties in good condition. I guess it's about $ for these people.
