Carver lake townhouse

The maintenance crew are excellent they are friendly and very knowledgeable about their jobs. The grounds are clean and well kept. The office crew is very friendly and very helpful. We have lived here for 10 years and love it. Walking trails a beach pool fishing parks. And the nature surrounding you will enjoy living here.

Perfect place for a family

This is our second year living here and we love it just as we loved the first day we moved in. Here everything is well taken care of, beautiful, calm, neighbors are nice, safe place...Amenities are great and we can get busy here. Stores are super close too. I can`t say enough good places about here and we plan to stay here for 3 more years or until we cna buy our home.

Carver Lake Townhomes

I have lived here with my fiancé for about a year now. We love living here! It's a very nice town home with great amenities within the community. The staff is very prompt when there are any issues and so kind when they are in our home. I love the layout of our home and we are lucky to be on a corner unit to give us more space! The only downside is having kind of thin walls so we can hear the neighbors from time to time, but that's only a minor issue. Otherwise, we are very happy with our home here!
