6 years I lived here. the reant is somwhat cheaper than anywhere. But there are some quality issues.

Loudest Building Ive lived in

Do not listen to these reviews. Neighbors have a 'don't give a f*ck' Attitude. Everyone is so loud and smokes in their units. Walls and floors are paper thin. neighbors are constantly slamming doors at all hours of the night.
