A quiet cheap place to live

I've lived at 1545 Adrian St off West 7th street in St Paul for almost 3 years now. The building tenants and neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful for the most part. The price is decent although I do wish it was a little larger of course. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently via HBG... The maintenance tech Jim does great work here. I'll prob be here for another 5 years or so until I can maybe get a small house with a little yard, but until then it suits me perfect.

Its pretty bare bones with amenities but the cost makes that to be expexted, it serves its purpose, the people are really nice so far

Quiet and safe

Lived here for 5 years between both 1529 and 1545 Adrian St... It's much quieter and safer than any place closer to downtown or east side. Threats, violence etc are dealt with swiftly... I'm not gonna accept any of that around me.

Great place to live, great management

HBG does a great job taking care of maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, they are far better than the previous management. As long as my neighbors keep it respectful and quiet (especially after 10pm quiet hours), I have nothing but good things to say about these properties.
