The Legends of Spring Lake Park participates in an affordable housing program. Household income & student status limitations apply. IMPORTANT: One household member must be at least 55 years of age, and all other members at least 40 years of age. The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc.

Third-party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be UNDER the following limits based on household size: - 1 Occupant: $52,200 - 2 Occupants: $59,640 - 3 Occupants: $67,080 - 4 Occupants: $74,520 - 5 Occupants: $80,520 - 6 Occupants: $86,460 NOTE: Immediate move-in date selection is subject to the application approval process.

inconsistent rules and expectations

Lovely apartment, but some cheaper quality construction and appliances. I've had many months with dishwasher problems and fixes that were short termed, but eventually I got a new one which required three visits from maintainence to be properly installed. Weekends when management is not present, there is more noises and marijuana uses caused by some residents or their teenage friends coming. Maybe city geography is not socially secure. Manager Karen is caring and does a good job.

Living at Legends is a great home to come to

I really like living at the Legends of Spring Lake. I like the fact that is a secure entrance. The garbage and recycling room is close to our apt. They allow us to have pets. The apartment building is cleaned every day and the only messes are just residents being irresponsible. Our maintenance guy, Chris, is great and really receptive when asked to do something. He is a hard worker. There have been multiple complaints about the kids that are here. For the most part I have found the young people to be well behaved and respectful of their elders. Our manager is great and expects all of our residents to be respectful of the others and she is not afraid to intervene if there is an issue. I like the diversity at the building and the other residents. As with any property there are those who are negative and complain but I just stick to the positive. We also have community activities that are fun and bring the community ?? together. The only issue I have is the high rent increases. I forgot to mention that having a washer and dryer in the apartment is soo nice!
