Loden SV

Have lived in the facility for 8 months. I love the common spaces, gym, pool and also the coffee machine. The staff is awesome. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. Loden is an awesome place to live!

inconsistent, but beautiful

I lived at this property for a little under a year, the space was nice and I felt at home, the amenities were average and were only available for about 1/10 of my time there. The staff were very friendly, but management was hard to get ahold of, and very inconsistent. I have been moved out for a little over three months now and I am still getting billed. Management is not considerate and don't know who I am when I reach out.

The experience living here has been the best. The staff is so lovely to talk to and get your needs met. I also want to give a shout out for the maintenance, especially Jon. He is so nice to deal with. If you have an issue he right there to fix.
