Good apartment building.

I like living here. I do wish the garage entry was different. I can't see on the way up. I suppose it has to be that way. Otherwise , so far every thing has been going well.

We are very impressed with the office staff and with Joe. The cleanliness of the building and grounds is not great. The stairway going down to the garage is grimy looking. The wastecans in the elevator rooms in garage are often overflowing. And, i have asked many times for recycle bins in the elevator room, outside by the parking lot, and on the patio and by the pool. It is sad to see pop cans and water bottles filling the garbage cans. For some reason, they will not even consider providing those.

Nice location

I think that Joe is overloaded with work. The halls and stairways are in need of cleaning. The garbage bins in garage elevator rooms are often overflowing. I would love to see recycle bins there and on the patio and pool area, and by door from parking lot into office area.
