The apartment has great amenities and is extremely convenient being so close to downtown. For Mayo employees the East Lot Shuttle is just down the block and is a good option to commute and you can also walk to downtown. The surrounding neighborhood is not the greatest but the apartment building itself is very secure.

I have been pleasantly pleased. Sometimes my neighbor upstairs doesn't walk. It's more like a loud stomp, stomp, stomp. Otherwise it's an exceptional place to live. Just missing a pool. Even a hot tub would be awesome

Helpfull Staff, Gym can be a bit better, so the parking. parking you have to pay separate, it should be include considering the high amount of rent payed here. a pool will be nice. The most attractive ammenity about this place Ill say will be the location.

I have lived at Flats on Fourth for 3 years, and I love my community. I can walk to work each day, and I have met some of my closest friends while living here. This apartment building is mostly residents, fellows, and attendings, and it is silent, I never hear noise from other tenants. Management solves problems rapidly. I have friends in each of the other luxury apartments in Rochester, but this one is the best!
