Everything was nice and okay, its just that the noise from the train is much disturbing especially if you are in night shift trying to sleep through the day.

I’ve been living here for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The building is brand new, and it feels modern and well-maintained. The gym is awesome—well-equipped with everything I need for a great workout, and it's never overcrowded. There are two beautiful lounges perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends, which is a great bonus. The firepit on the rooftop is my fave! The staff here are fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any needs or questions. The maintenance team is on top of everything and gets things done efficiently. The whole atmosphere here is very peaceful, and my neighbors are quiet and respectful, which makes for a calm living environment. Overall, I’m very impressed with this apartment building and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to live. The amenities and staff make all the difference!

Modern, new, and upgraded apartments that are very reasonably priced in comparison to much of the surrounding buildings. The only caveat is that the building is situated right beside the train, which can be very loud when it passes at all times of day/night.

I enjoy living at Bryk, the staff are very friendly and quick to respond to any complaints or questions you may have. The building is very clean and well maintained. However, for the price, I wish there were some more amenities. Parking is expensive too. The noise insulation is excellant, I have never heard my neighbors through the walls. The train can still be heard sometimes and is quite loud, but it usually does not wake me up if I am asleep. Overall, I find it pleasant but not perfect, as it is a bit pricey for what you get.
