Broadway Apartments are well taken care of with friendly staff

Enjoy living here. More parking would be nice. The washer and dryer could be updated but dont want the amount to be increased. Matik good when it comes to maintenance issues

I have lived at this apartment complex for almost a year now. The neighbors mostly keep to themselves and most of the noise is from the street, which is directly next to a busy thru way ie, not the landlords/managements fault. The building is poorly maintained and most but not all of the maintenance staff are poorly trained and don't do their job properly the first time. Management is slow to respond to any requests for maintenance to be done and are also slow to respond to any emails on any topic. Many of the management staff also are not technologically savvy, which is a big downside as renters use a website or emails to renew leases. Once is a mistake, but nearly every interaction with Matik Management, the staff seem slovenly and incompetent at their jobs.

I have lived here over 35 years. There have been many changes.
