Moved to Summit Square from California. Hailie and Magda answered all of my questions and concerns even before I got here. All of the paperwork was quick and the apartment was impeccable. Peter and the residents all super nice making it feel like home right away. The property is very well kept and clean especially for being pet friendly. Location is great. Close to shopping, parks, trails, the freeway, Mayo Clinics, buses and shuttles. They have good parking and I always felt safe. I have zero complaints and I am ever so grateful to Magda, Hailie and Peter.
