I have lived in this building for 4 years. This place is one of the cheaper apartments in town and is centrally located to all sides of town. Staff at the office are responsive to questions but maintenance sometimes takes awhile.

So far in this building we have had 3 different owners in 4 years. Seems each time the owner loses touch with making residents happy. We have had lots of past fixes need total repairs or replacement needed while living here which is inconvenient.. from plumbing to air conditioning to appliances for the whole building. We love the location and don't mind our neighbors. Most of the maintenance issues have not been anything negative towards Matik Management since the owner takes care of maintenance themselves, but it is stressful and untrustworthy that workers will show up or even that the work will be completed. We have felt a shade of negative energy from the owner because of our complaints, as if we caused these problems ourselves, but the building is old and not kept up as it should.
