It’s worth the money than other places considering how much you’d pay for rent. Landlord is very responsive and take care of most of the maintenance in timely manner. Have some noise from the noisy cars/motorbikes on broadway some days. Only downside is Matik increased rent from $100 on my second year living here which feels like too much!

I enjoy the location, neighbors, pet friendly, garage, smaller complex ( only 4 apartments in building) , it’s a nice updated apartment. Needs better winter time care, a little small for monthly rent price. I like that it is easy to pay rent online, and my privacy is kept, I’m not bothered often especially important when working from home, I like that the apartment is kept up so I don’t need much maintenance.
