French Creek Townhomes (4 year review)

When I first moved here in 2018, management was awesome as was the maintenance crew. Appliances were top of the line and everything was great. Management changed since then... 3 times I believe (maybe 4). Original management was fast to pick up trash, clean the outside common areas and process snow removal. Under the second management our top/bottom spinner/feature filled dishwasher broke. It was replaced with a generic bottom only spinner. Our washing machine tub dislodged. They tried 4 times to replace parts, even saying this small plastic clip broke and it "holds" the water filled tub in place during the spin cycle. Finally, after threatening litigation, our washing machine was replaced. The oven stopped firing. Waited 29 days until they replaced it because "[their vendor] didn't have any in stock." Odd... Best Buy did; Home Depot did. They have entered our unit a total of 4 times without notice for "inspections". Each of these was reported to the Minnesota Attorney General, with video evidence. Their reason - "A glitch in our e-mail system didn't send you the notice.' Management would "e-mail" us with messages like "You can always call us and we will resolve any issues you have." Would've helped if they picked up the phone. Phone calls always went directly to voicemail and were never returned. For one issue, a billing error on their part, we walked into the office and sat for 1 hour and 12 minutes waiting for them to finish a light hearted meeting about purchasing maintenance products. We are under new management now (4th I believe). There was a good wind storm over the summer that knocked trashcans over and spread trash all through the common areas. Took them months to clean it up (or the residents by the affected areas did). Snow removal seems to be completed within a reasonable time. I am hopeful that this new management actually works for their paychecks and the property returns to the polished one I moved into.
