I like a lot about the place, and the price is great. There are definitely a few things I dont love, but i dont care too much.

Management took 2 weeks in the middle of summer to have someone come and look at our air conditioner. We tried to move out at the ene of our lease but they require a 2 months notice and there are no apartments out there that know 2 months in advance if they’re available so you have to take a risk. If you put in your notice and dont find another place to live youre screwed. They sent letters that if we renew the lease our rent price will be locked in so they raised the rent by adding almost $100/month in added fees so they can say rent isnt actually going up. Dont live here if you dont want to feel trapped.
