I have lived at Broadway Square Apartments for 17 years. I have found staff and maintenance to be friendly and prompt. Would no longer call the building (senior housing). Many residents in 30-50 age range. Housekeeping is good at keeping common areas clean. Outside is another story. The lawn mowing is done well. Doing a fall cleanup would be good. I enjoy spending time on the many flowering plants on the property. I would give it a B rating for low income housing.
