We've been at Deer Ridge for almost 1 week. Thus far we've found it perfect for my wife and I. We had an issue initially with the air conditioning, which was remedied the day I called it in. We have met one neighbor and look forward to meeting others.

I unfortunately haven’t lived here, I wanted too but the units were all sold out! But I wanted to give input on the amazing and kind customer service I had gotten over the phone speaking with Jill! She was so sweet, kind and considerate! She even said she would let me know as soon as a unit opened up!! Amazing customer service!

Jill is a fantastic manager, and Kaitlin her assistant is so professional. I am leaving Deer Ridge only because I have purchased a home. Both Jill and Kaitlin were so wonderful to contact me with showings. I was at my townhome when they brought a couple in. They are true professionals in everyway. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed living at Deer Ridge with the wonderful management staff.

I've been at Deer Ridge for three years and plan to stay a lot longer. It's a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with well-built homes with lots of space. The maintenance staff is fantastic and always fixes whatever needs doing in a very short time. And I love the fact that it's pet friendly.
