What others love about this property:
good value
Lived here now for 5 years with little complaints and is a very good value compared to other apartments I have shopped. Staff is courteous, maintenance issues are resolved in a timely fashion, have fun generous community parties, clean hallways &common areas. Staff does its best to keep Woodlands of Mtka. a safe pleasant place to to live, which it is.
Loving the Woodlands
I absolutely love my apartment and the space. I have been here for only 4 months but felt at home the minute I moved in. The maintenance staff is wonderful, the office staff the same. The location is primo, close to all my shopping needs. I searched for quite some time and the rent is very reasonable.
Loving the Woodlands
I have been here for about 4 months and love my apartment. Very quiet and feel very safe. My view is spectacular and balcony space holds all of my things. I fell in love and felt at home the minute I walked in. I could not ask for a better location. Close to all the shops I go to as well as my friends. Based on the amenities and size of the apartment I feel it is very much worth the rent.
Woodlands of Minnetonka is a great place to live@
I have only been living in Woodlands of Minnetonka for a month and a half now, and the staff has been very responsive. The maintenance team is able to fix things the day I submit a maintenance request. Very timely! The building is very quiet, even with lots of furry friends around. The community is very nice and respectful. One of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in.
