We moved into The Penhurst on July 1st - in the middle of summer - our air conditioning and garage door opener haven't worked properly since the day we moved in. We've sent at least 5 requests to the property management team to get this fixed. Fifteen days (and counting) later we are still waiting. There's at least a 25 degree temperature difference in our rooms and we now currently live with all the shades pulled down so our place doesn't overheat in the +90 degree temperatures. For luxury living this place doesn't have luxury service.

I recently moved into Penhurst, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The standout feature of this community is undoubtedly the exceptional staff, particularly Jordan, Cory, and Matt. Their dedication to ensuring residents feel welcome and supported has made my transition seamless and enjoyable. Moreover, the amenities here are nothing short of fantastic. From well-maintained communal spaces to modern conveniences such as a pickleball court, Penhurst provides a lifestyle that meets and exceeds expectations. I’m thrilled to call this place home and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a welcoming community with exceptional service.
