Nice new building. Cleaned frequently. Needs more cleaning in the garage. Not many residents yet, rry little noise,

Beautiful building and location. An occasional noisy neighbor and kids in the hallway, but that is to be expected.

I was extremely interested in these apartments and didnt hesitate to schedule an appointment to fill out my application and give my deposit and application fee. I took time off work and drove an hour from my home to meet at The Parkway apartments to handle this. When I arrived for my appointment, no one was in the office. I tried every number I could find and emailed as well. I eventually left and drove the hour back home. I later received an email that someone would be available the next day to take my application fee and deposit. I explained my situation and expressed the need to schedule out further since it was an hour drive for me and I'd need to take time off of work. I also asked for an accommodation, such as my application fee be waived, since no one communicated to me the appointment would have to be canceled. I have emailed numerous times because I have still been interested in the apartments, but have received zero responses from the property manager and regional manager.
