While I’m concerned about the costs that keep rising, I do enjoy living here. Because I’m on disability, my income is limited and I may be priced out of living here soon. But for now, I’m very happy. The one thing that has concerned me which i have brought to the attention to our building manager is the cost of my electric bill. I usually averaged $45 a month when suddenly it jumped to around $90! Doubled! I just cant figure that out. I have a friend who moved into a new building a year ago over in Oakdale who has my exact same layout and square footage and she told me her electric bill has never gone over $49. So its a mystery to me. And when I’m already living on such a tight budget, it really hurts. But i just hate to move because i like it here that much.

I like living here I moved in three years ago everything was fine for a while Since then there has been a decline in maintenance and staffing many times there is no staff around the office is closed the appearance in the front is looking a little unattended

I realize prices have to increase, but im very surprised at the amount. Im saddened that i may be priced out at the next increase. I had to discontinue my tv service to be able to stay here this time. I stay because i love it here. Its quiet, i love the management here on location and it’s difficult to find a negative thing to say about FrostEnglishSilver. I have noticed a slight drop in the upkeep though. Only slightly. Its sad that people lack the respect it takes to not bump the carts into the walls and leave those unsightly marks. I mean who does that? Anyway… I’m very happy here and i hope i can stay here for a long time.

I still feel blessed to live here. Other than the occasional pitter-patter of a child’s footsteps running on the floor above me, things are very quiet. Thank you!
