Willow Creek is a brand new, pet-friendly property located just north of the Wickersham Health Center off County Road 26 (near Highway 22) in Mankato. These bi-level townhomes are spacious and complete with an attached double garage, all stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, beautiful, modern finishes, and more! Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. This is a market rate property, meaning there are no income limits and all are welcome to apply. Sorry, Section 8 Vouchers are not accepted. Cute and new

I've lived here for about a year. I like the area, you can get most places fairly easily. I mostly like the layout. The only complaint is the living/dining/kitchen is too small. There just isn't enough counter space, and adding anything yourself cuts into your dining and living space. It just feels cramped. Since it's on a concrete slab, the living space is absolutely freezing but the bedrooms (upstairs) are really hot. The temperature regulation between the two levels is really drastic and should be swapped around so you can sleep in the bedroom without getting too hot, and relax in the living room without feeling too cold. Other than those couple of things, the place really is great. There IS adequate storage, the staff is really helpful and friendly, and the area is safe and quiet.
