Good location and pretty quiet. Very clean buildings and nice apartments. Management is very quick to respond and deal with any issues and addresses problems appropriately and effectively.

I love the apartment there super nice pet friendly also super blessed to be living here. Staff is very nice and friendly same as the maintenance guy they are on top it if there is any situations that occur in your apartment or outside of the apartment. It is clean in the hallways there is not much noise at all. Totally honored to be where I am at.

I Love The Rum River Apartments The Landlords Are Very Friendly And Loving Individuals I Love This Place And It Is So Peaceful And Quiet. So Blessed And Grateful ????

The apartment is nice, big. It costs more than a lot of other apartments with the same amenities but it is quiet. People walk with their dogs in a few ft in front of your sliding window and stand their all the time. There should be a designated dog "pee" zone (if there isn't already) and you should have to walk on the sidewalk to get there.
