I have lived here for 3÷ years. I love the location. It's not in a city, but close enough to just about anything you need.. The staff is super awesome. The tenants in 403 are great. Laundry on every floor. Clean and well maintained. The garden boxes are awesome if you do that kind of thing. Down sides, parking is very limited and you are charged for everything (water, sewer, trash and pest control) above the base rent. Electric and cable/internet are seperate which is needed since antenna TV doesn't come in. There is a small dog area and gas grills which are also charged to the tenants.

Only problem is guest parking. Too limited and usually taken. People park along road and it creates a sight barrier to on coming traffic when turning left onto Heritage Blvd.

Great location. Not in town and right off 65. Staff is awesome and friendly. Laundry on each floor. Parking is limited.

Im spending more monthly on rent than my friends are on their mortgage and insuranceof a house with a much larger sq ft, less than a mile away.
