For the most part, I loved this place, the only thing is that the parking and the garage size are a little dicey, everything else is awesome!!!! Love this place!!!

I love my apartment and my location. But the staff is rude. When i first moved in i was never told you had to have a check for the first payment so i took the day off only to have to take more time off to get a check from my bank. Than i have gotten a phone call saying my dog was barking (while caged because staff was doing maintenance ) the way she spoke to me was like i was dumb or sitting there letting my dog bark on purpose, but i was at work so i was unaware my dog was barking. I also get letters at my door every single day when i have been open about being behind on paying my rent and being very clear on when i will be sending my second half of my rent which i know is behind. But it is paid by the end of the month every month. It is stressful enough knowing that i am struggling to do my best to get caught up but to be harassed with letters every single day is not needed. Than i get pet reminder letters at my door just stating the pet policy which i already understand. But my dog is always on a leash on the property my dogs waste has never not been picked up and my dog never comes in contact with another person or another animal. So i have no clue why i keep keeping harassed with reminders all the time. I feel like management has disliked me since the day i have moved in and it never stops. I don't know what i did to have them make me feel so uncomfortable and always at risk of losing my home everyday.

A very secure place to live, never had any issues with physical or noise disturbance's. Remote but local location. great for working in the Hastings community with enough privacy. It is a bit pricy to live but it is a new building with a good staff and amenities to make up for it. I would recommend to anyone new to the area whether they are single, living with their significant others, or their families.

To enhance each resident lifestyle it will include a fitness center, community-wide Wi-Fi, game room, media center/movie theater, stainless steal appliances, walk-in closets, car charging station and bicycle storage. Max 1 pet per unit   No utilities are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for payment of all utilities including water, electricity, gas and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months’ rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in Pricing and availability are subject to change.
