We are needing the over the sink under the cabinet kitchen light replacement the baluster and light aren't working we tried a new bulb and it didn't fix the problem. In addition, we are still not able to use the dual plug in by sink has not been fixed since the day we moved in 4 yrs ago. There seems to be a piece of something broken into plug so can only use 2 prong appliances and the fixture seems to run hot
