Lived here 5 years and it is very nice place to live and close to all i need. i think my foyer and kitchen could use updated flooring, these are old and discolored. i like that the landscape is well cared for , winter shoveling,sanding, etc is well taken care of. dislike what one neighbor is doing , what she calls her religion of blessing her apt and with a bowl of something smoking up the place including the air on the way to the mail box...smells like weed or burning sage or something and i told her that is bad but she acts like she can do as she pleases. i have asthma an cannot tolerate smoke of any sort. so is it okay for people to do such things like that in this rental unit , i do not know.

I enjoy living here, but the maintenance has gone downhill since I have been here(7 years). Landscaping non existent and the white peeling address sign is a joke.

Living here 5 years , very much enjoy my apartment , maintenance service will keep up with reasonable requests like cleaning out the lint from behind the dryer & on the roof . Staff is very helpful, friendly . Neighbors are pleasant. Many have pets like dog, cats, bird etc. People smoke on the street as there is no designated smoking areas on the property. A single patio is nice to have and can use the outdoor gas grill there , comes with table, chairs, umbrella. The unit is close to where ever you need to go, church , local store shopping, many restaurants and the beach park is just a mile away for summer events. The caretaker takes care of fallen branches and tree trim and staff hires people to keep the grass mowed and snow shoveled in winter. over all its a very comfortable place to live .
