5-star A perfect place to live , due to its proximity to other social amenities in Forest Lake

First: The staff here are friendly and courteous. Second: The value I get for the rental property is what keeps me here. Third: I wish the garage was a little bit wider. Fourth: Winter sand keeps accumulating during snow removal and then gets dragged into the buildings during the spring through fall when it rains. Fourth: Laundry contractor does not visit often enough to ensure washers and dryers are maintained properly.

I am happy with the the staff, the Maintenance crew and the good care this company takes in continuing to take great care of their property. Very Quiet and great Location !

Nice and quiet apartments, usually well maintained and clean. The rent keeps increasing over the years when the amenities are not increasing. No pool, no playground, limited parking with 2 spots reserved for staff. Overall a great place and location.

I've lived here for almost two years. It's comfortable and a decent value.

I've lived here a few years and I continue to call it home because it's a great place to live. I've never had any problems that were not taken care of in a timely manor. Holly, in the office and Tim in maintenance are very helpful and they will always take the time to answer any questions. This is home.
