Maintenance Staff is great

I have lived at York Plaza for several years. The maintenance staff here is the best. They respond right away when you have a maintenance issue and are always prompt and very courteous. The office staff is very helpful with scheduling maintenance.

THE VERY BEST

The location. The employees. The residents... THE BEST ANYWHERE. Moving to one b.r. in another location after six years. There is no place would rather have been than here. My beloved wife spent the last four years constantly fighting for her life. The people here were fantastic help in making those last years as great as they could be. I am not just talking about employees. Every resident with whom we ever had contact, even if it was just to ride the elevator together, always was friendly. Many of you reached out to Karen when she would be out and about in her wheelchair. And the cherry on the sundae was being able to sit and look out at the activities taking place on the "court" behind our apartment. From the joyous laughter of the young lady playing with her dogs in the snow to couples playing racquetball. to the families letting their youngsters laugh and play there, I sincerely thank you. You made us smile and laugh. We will miss you. Thank you, Bruce B.
