Can't say enough to recommend living here! I can't even come up with any improvements, that's how special it is here if a person is seeking out a high quality rental apartment. Thank you to all staff members for terrific service to us who make this our home!

I’ve lived here for over a year now and never want to leave. The staff is friendly and supportive and the location can’t be beat—with any type of need (restaurants, retail, and medical facilities) within walking distance. It’s fun to live here.

First off: management company. I chose StuartCo because a friend highly recommended who lived at another StuartCo. I used to live in an apt. near the Guthrie with huge staff turnover, no communication with residents, etc., no security cameras. I realized mgmt. is extremely important in Apt living. The property manager is extremely organized and communicates any issues with the entire Apt community very quickly and I honestly have not had a better or more competent manager than her. Second: how many places have literally a 24/7 front desk concierge that is physically available to help? My oven went out the night before thanksgiving and the concierge let me finish baking my kugel in a vacant Apt! Also, any maintenance request I’ve made they have come either within hours or the next day at the latest. I’m very impressed with the vacuuming and constant cleaning here. Third: the residents. The BEST sense of community (book clubs, events, pool time), and a large lobby conducive to meeting fellow neighbors. The NICEST residents. I met so many people here and now that I’m moving to buy a condo, it is very bittersweet to me. I have never cried moving out of an apt. but yes, this will be difficult. You will not be disappointed in this property in a perfect location.
