Long term resident. Lack of visitor parking is a continuing issue. Top floor roof noise is a problem when there is wind and there is too much noise from York Avenue. Cleaning and maintenance staff is great. Quality of amenities and activities has decreased over time.

Living at Aria feels like home. The staff are all very welcoming and the building is kept up very well. Lobbies and common areas are always very clean.
